during Everest
Explore: What you experienced doing the simulation. This should focus
on what worked well or did not work so you can analyse it later -
think about Management and people issues arising from your
Everest participation.
Remember you are trying to show the value (or not) of simulations
hence you must take a thesis position showing:
The value of simulations as a learning tool
OR showing there is no value in simulations as a learning tool
OR there is some value in simulations but more than simulations are
needed
ALL POSITIONS HAVE LIMITATIONS and these should be discussed

Pull out core issues SUPPORTED BY THEORY that you
